How Sin Destroys Your Life- A Four Step Process

August 21, 2019

In the Bible believing and preaching churches, much is discussed when it comes to the destructive power of sin. Most of us know that it is destructive, but understanding how it is destructive is just as important. After all, initially, sin feels great and there does not seem to be any consequences.

In today’s vlog, I break discuss James 1:13-15 and from there, give a four step process of how sin actually destroys a life. Click below to watch!

Why We Can’t Change the Gospel to Save People’s Feelings

April 4, 2019

Why we can't water down the gospel to save people's feelings| Transformed4More.com

“In the gospel, Jesus called us to love people, and it is not loving to hurt someone’s feelings.”

Since Susan and I run this ministry, we follow a lot of Christian accounts on social media. Over the past few months, I have seen quite a few of them post something similar to the opening statement.

I hope they mean well, because we are not supposed to go around being mean to people and intentionally saying or doing hurtful things. However, loving people in Christian love sometimes includes hurt feelings. Not sure if this is true? Then let’s look to Jesus.

Will God Really Give Me the Desires of my Heart?

March 27, 2019

Will God Really Give Me the Desires of My Heart| Transformed4More.com

During the teen years, one verse that is often heard is Psalm 37:4, “Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.”

Today, I want to explain this verse and give my own personal story to understanding it. Things that were good for me and honorable in his sight.

…and I thought He was fulfilling it all when I was 17 and met Seth.

It’s Time to Break the Chains

January 8, 2019

It's Time to Break the Chains| Transofmred4More.com| Ministry for Teenage Girls

January is the time that people see “New year, new you!” slogans everywhere, and they’re usually advertising for new diet plans or workout memberships.

I actually hesitated to write a post like this because I don’t want it to come off as “cheesy” or just another “improve your life” gimmick. However, I can assure you, that I mean business. Probably more now than I ever have when it comes to this blog.

Last year, I read so many articles about the proverbial “chains” affecting teenagers. The skyrocketing of depression, anxiety, self harm, suicide, porn, drugs…you name it. And you know what?

I. am. sick. of. it.

I am so tired of watching teenagers, and people general, live defeated, unfulfilled, confused, and purposeless lives. This year I want to help whoever stumbles upon us to break the chains in their lives.

A New Way to Think About Angels

December 11, 2018

Have you ever thought about angels? What do you picture when someone talks about angels? Take a second and contemplate the image that first comes to your mind.

Admittedly, I use to think of angels as chubby toddlers flying around with harps.

However, after reading the Bible more in depth and listening to a few sermons on angels, I came to realize I was waaaaaaaayyyyyyyy off. In today’s vlog, using the angelic visits in the Christmas story, I want to share with you what I’ve learned and hopefully show you angles in a more correct manner.

Watch below!
