How to get out of a Negative Dating Relationship

February 19, 2019

How to get out of a negative dating relationship| Transformed4More.com| Ministry for Teenage Girls

Are you in the midst of a negative dating relationship? Do you feel smothered? Do you feel like you can’t accomplish your future goals/dreams because of your romantic relationship?

Dating is a topic we talk about a length on this site. I even wrote a book on the topic. I discuss it frequently because, in my experience, it is one of the major facets of teen life that can send it in a downward spiral quickly.

In today’s post, I want to discuss with you how to end a negative dating relationship. Please read the following two options so you will know what route to take 🙂 and then check out the resources at the bottom of the post!

Three Reasons You Need Emotional Boundaries in Romantic Relationships

February 12, 2019

As a Christian, I heard countless times growing up about the necessity of having a discussion about physical boundaries in dating relationships. I am also sure that there are also a slew of blog posts that discuss the topic as well, which is why I am not blogging about it.

What I am going to discuss, however, is the importance of emotional boundaries  in dating relationships. This was a topic that was not discussed with me AT ALL and it caused me severe heartache (which I discuss briefly in the video).

I hope you’ll watch and truly take to heart what it says. Watch below!

October 22, 2018

Emma Walker & the Cycle of Violence| Transformed4More.com| Blog for Teenage Girls

The Cycle of Violence is a subject that is “near and dear” to my heart. In fact, I did an  seven part series (click here for the first post) within the first two months of launching this site, and I talk about it length as well in my book on teenage dating.

Since it has been two years since I’ve discussed the topic, I wanted to do a refresher. The story I am going to tell you happened an hour from where I live, and it was in the local news cycle for months.

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY: If the cycle of violence can happen to me, it can happen to anyone. Do not be naive reading this and think it won’t because you’re a “good Christian girl”. What I’m about to discuss really could save your life.

Two Ways to Prevent Confusion in Dating Relationships

February 20, 2018

Two Ways to Prevent Confusion in Dating Relationships| Transformed4More.com| Christian Dating| Teenage Dating

Last week, I published a blog titled “Three Questions to Ask Yourself When Your Relationship is Confusing”.  I kept thinking about the topic of relationship confusion and realized that you can prevent much of it if you follow two simple guidelines.

As a disclaimer, this is a tough love post. It comes across harsh because I’m extremely serious and passionate about the topic of healthy relationships and taking your relationship with God seriously.

There is also a video at the bottom of the post where I talk about this topic just to make sure my sincere emotions show through. If you prefer to watch a video over reading, just keep scrolling :).

So here we go with guideline number one…
