VLOG: How to Break Up & the Usual Reactions

February 16, 2017

It’s there. That feeling in the pit of your stomach. Your conscious telling you it’s time. It’s time to break up, but how? What do you say? Where do you do it? When? How? How will they react? So many questions.

Breaking up is hard to do. That’s why I am writing this post! I’ve been there and I, like you, had all of these questions and worries. In today’s vlog, Susan and I discuss how to do this someone and the three usual reactions.

Before we dive in, I HIGHLY suggest you download our four page “Break Up Guide“.[Click the title and scroll down to find it]. It walks you through all five steps of the process: general guidelines, the actual break up, how to handle the three usual responses, what to do immediately afterwards, and what to do after a few weeks. It is very thorough and should answer all of your basic questions.

November 28, 2016

Five ways to avoid relationship envy especially during the holidays| Teenage Girls Ministry| Transformed4More.com

Have you ever seen couples together during the holidays while single and felt a sense of envy?

Seeing happy couples is virtually inescapable during the holidays. They’re on TV, at school, family get-togethers, and walking down the street. On TV, they’re getting awesome gifts and at school you hear girls talk about what they are getting their boyfriends and vice versa.

It can be hard to watch and listen to this and not feel like you’re missing out. I’ve been there, and I’ve felt what you felt- that tinge of desire to get something on the last day of school to make you feel special.

Be not dismayed! This post is going to discuss five ways to avoid this feeling, especially during the holidays.

How to avoid an Abuser in the Future

The final post is my personal story. **UPDATE (2018): I looked back over this video and cut out some of the not so interesting parts. It’s now 12 minutes instead of 18. The first 10 seconds is a little choppy for some reason, but the rest of the video is fine.**
