Will God Forgive Me for Sexting?

October 16, 2021

Will God forgive me for sexting| Transformed4More.com

Every month, Google sends me and e-mail that lists what people type in the search bar that leads them to our site. It has never failed over the last year that in the top three results is the question, “Will God forgive me for sexting?” Actually, for most of the last 12 months, this search has been the number one traffic driver to our site.

So why did I type this out first instead of just giving you the answer? Because I want you to know you’re not alone. You may feel that way- like you’re the only Christian girl who has ever given into the temptation or felt the pressure to sext. I assure you, you are not, after all the Bible says in 1 Corinthians 10:13, “No temptation has overtaken you, except what is common to mankind,” and I can tell you, sexual temptation is allllllll too common. If you’d actually like to see the statistics on teens and sexing, click here.

The short answer on sexting

The short answer is YES. God will absolutely forgive you for sexing. After all 1 John 1:9 (ESV) states, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” However, I implore you, do not exit out of this post and think it is just that simple. Please keep reading.

Three Things to do When a Loved One Walks out of Your Life

October 22, 2019

Three things to do when a loved one walks out of your life| Transformed4More.com

Jenni sat in her room on Christmas Eve, crying. Tomorrow would be the first Christmas without her older sister being there. Earlier in the year, she had a spat with their parents and declared that she would never come back to their house.

It had been six long months with no word from her. No texts. No calls. Blocked on all social media. Silence. Complete silence.

Have you ever been in this situation? Are you currently?

The Easiest Way to Stay Out of Sin

September 26, 2019

Sin is something we all deal with. When I speak to teenagers about sin, I discuss the advice given in Romans 13:14 which states, “But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.“

In today’s short vlog, I break down this verse and discuss practical ways to apply it. Click below to watch!

To the Girl with an Absent Mother: Three Things I want to tell You

August 27, 2019

To the teen girl with an absent mother: Three things I want to tell you| Transformed4More.com

Around Father’s Day, I always see articles about how prevalent fatherlessness is in our country. However, it is rare to see stories about homes without a biological mother. These situations are definitely more rare, but does not mean that it doesn’t come with its own set of issues.

Throughout my time working with teenage girls, I know of three specifically who are in this situation. The reasons as to why the mothers are absent prove various, but I have noticed similar effects among them. The most notable is anguish.

The dictionary defines anguish as, “extreme pain, distress, or anxiety.” This manifests clearly in these three girls in multiple ways, whether it is:

How to Tell Your Parents You Struggle with Porn

March 4, 2019

A month or so ago, I opened an e-mail from one of our subscribers and it stunned me. In essence, the girl started watching porn when she was 12, and now after three years, she was completely consumed by it.

She discussed trying to stop on her own and her fear of not wanting to tell her parents since they had a “nice Christian family.”

I responded to her with a few questions, but I never heard back. However, I still wanted to make this video for her, and for anyone else, who needs to get this sin our of their life.

The video below briefly discusses the six steps to tell you parents about the struggle.
