October 30, 2019

Three signs your friend is headed down a path of destruction| Transformed4More.com

“Sarah, I was at the football game tonight and Robin was with Kara and her group of friends the whole time.” I considered what Susan had just said, and I knew it wasn’t a good sign.

Robin was a good friend of ours and Kara was not a positive influence on Robin. The more they hung out, the more rebellious Robin became. I knew it was not going to be a recipe for Robin’s success.

As you get into your teenage years, some of your friends will start making decisions that will bring negative consequences into their lives. No one wants this for someone they care about and in today’s post, I want to share three signs that your friend may be headed down a destructive path.

November 28, 2018

Did you know that “face filters” are mentioned in the Bible? Seriously!

In case you didn’t know, Moses used a type of face filter, a veil actually, and it is discussed in 2 Corinthians 3:12-18. This vlog is extremely fitting in today’s culture because we are really good at putting filters on ourselves. In fact, when we don’t use them, people specifically put #nofilter.

The vlog is a little over five minutes and I think almost anyone can glean something from it. 🙂 Watch and think!

How to Keep Other Christians Accountable for Sin

April 5, 2018

How to Keep Other Christians Accountable for Sin| Transformed4More.com| Ministry for Teenage Girls| Truth| Christianity

In my last post, I discussed why it’s OK to keep other Christians accountable when it comes to sin. I broke down that in our modern Christian culture it has somehow become taboo to “call each other out” for sin and if we don’t do it, we aren’t helping each other grow spiritually.

Since I said we should do it, I wanted to also share how to do it. The following scriptures explain how to do this process effectively.

Remember, this process should be entered into prayerfully and should also only be done with someone you already have an established positive relationship with. The other person needs to already know you have a sincere heart and a genuine concern for his/her well being.
